These Terms of Service govern translation and related services provided by LinguaSwift LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company in good standing, Business ID 932925.

US Certified Translations is a registered trade name of LinguaSwift LLC in the State of New Hampshire, Trade Name Registration ID 1017259.

LinguaSwift LLC operates uscertifiedtranslate.com and linguaswift.com. The business is also BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. Better Business Bureau

By requesting a quote, submitting documents, placing an order, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LinguaSwift LLC provides certified translation, document translation, proofreading, formatting, and related language services.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and legible source documents.

LinguaSwift LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, or misleading source material.

3. Certified Translations and Third Party Acceptance

LinguaSwift LLC prepares certified translations intended to meet commonly applicable requirements, including USCIS requirements where applicable.

However, LinguaSwift LLC does not control USCIS, courts, universities, embassies, government agencies, employers, or other third parties and cannot guarantee acceptance by any particular organization.

4. Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed to in writing.

LinguaSwift LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

5. Corrections and Revisions

Customers should review completed translations promptly.

If a translation contains an error caused by LinguaSwift LLC, reasonable corrections will be made without additional charge.

Changes caused by revised source documents, additional material, or customer preference may require an additional fee.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment may be required before work begins.

Because translations are customized services, payments are generally nonrefundable once work has begun.

Refunds or credits may be issued at LinguaSwift LLC's discretion where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of LinguaSwift LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, translators, and agents arising out of or relating to any translation, order, or service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer to LinguaSwift LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

LinguaSwift LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost income, missed deadlines, rejected applications, immigration consequences, lost opportunities, legal expenses, or decisions made by third parties.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.

8. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinguaSwift LLC and its owners, members, employees, translators, contractors, and agents from third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

Fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized documents submitted by the customer
Misuse of a translation
Violation of these Terms
Violation of another person's rights
Use of our services for unlawful or misleading purposes

9. No Professional Advice

LinguaSwift LLC provides translation services only.

Nothing provided through our services constitutes legal, immigration, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

10. Confidentiality

Customer documents are treated as confidential and may be shared with translators, editors, or service providers only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Uses

Our services may not be used for fraud, falsification of records, impersonation, illegal activity, or infringement of another person's rights.

LinguaSwift LLC may refuse or terminate any project reasonably suspected of involving unlawful activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Hampshire unless applicable law requires otherwise.
